The wool-like fabric has high fiber density, sufficient bulkiness, smooth hand feeling, high flexibility and soft luster. With its wool-like appearance and good warmth retention, it is widely used in artificial blankets, cushions, clothing, etc.

The wool-like products are developed on the basis of flannel.  They are made of fully dull DTY ultra-fine flat polyester filaments and woven with double needle beds at high density.  After finishing, finishing, printing and dyeing of grey fabrics, the texture is finest, the hand feels smooth, and it has the feel and appearance of wool.

Many kinds of synthetic fibers and man-made fibers can be used for wool imitation, of course, the most commonly used are polyester and acrylic.  If it is a woven fabric, polyester is generally used, also called polyester.  But the effect is not as good as polyester/viscose blended.  If it is a knitted sweater, acrylic fiber is generally used, also called polyacrylonitrile.
